Yes, as Brian mentioned, it was WWW::Mechanize. Documentation and synopsis here: http://search.cpan.org/~petdance/WWW-Mechanize-1.12/lib/WWW/Mechanize.pm#SYNOPSIS It let's you interact with a website, forms and all, as if it were a Perl object.
