I was thinking in terms of the original 20 minutes for KDE. It is the
GUI that I'm most familiar with. I could follow it with a brief
introduction to Gnome and for the people who are using an older and
slower computer there is FVWM. That will show them a range of options to
fit their needs and/or skill level. I use FVWM when I log in as root and
I've played with Gnome some and could take some time to get more
familiar with it before the meeting. By brief introduction I mean; Here
is how you get to it, here is how it works, here is where the
documentation can be found, here is where you set your preferences. I
could do the same with Open Office. Keeping it to the basics I could
cover it in 45 minutes or less and not get into too detailed a
discussion. If someone else volunteers, I'll yield some time to them.Rich
