I believe it is only the $40.00 that the state charges the county to run your fingerprints. They are used to establish identity, run against prints found at unsolved crimes, then destroyed.
In my experience, it boggles the mind how many applicants try to lie about their past. BTW, what is the pay scale??? --- "Kyle T.
