Perhaps what is needed is a section on the rlug site where you can post
these links/summaries and those thae are interested can look at the rlug
site or grab an RSS feed. I think that's probably a more appropriate
method of disseminating those blurbs than the mailing list, and it covers
Jeffs concerns. Or, you could always start your own summary site/feed and
let the list know what it is ;)

No, I do understand. And I know you're not attacking me. I'll try to
figure out a way to be less intrusive. And if you have a problem, I'm
sure others do, too. So I'm going to post this on the RLUG mail list, to
assure everyone the flood will subside. My purpose was to get
information into everyone's hands as soon as I could. Having been a
newspaper editor the better part of my life, it's an old habit.
Thanks.

I always keep the open-source Linux links on my Website, but I'm pretty
sure no one's going to go there to look at them. There are better places
to spend valuable time. The Website's more just for my own fun. And memory.
Thanks for the suggestions. Sorry I've been troubling you guys without
knowing it.
Bill
