My old boss really enjoyed Haskell as a functional language.  It's used
a lot in medical applications (becasue buffer overflows that cause your
dialysis machine to crash are not good!)  I'm interested in hacking
around a bit with either one.  If you want to chat about it on IRC
(irc.debian.org 6667 #rlug) I'll try to monitor the channel... or you
can send me an e-mail and say GET ON IRC! ;-)
