Depending on what you want virtualization for, you might be better off
with Win4Lin or VMware if you classify yourself as a home user.
Crossover Office is another great alternative if you just need a
compatibility layer, and not full virtualization.

QEMU and User-Mode Linux should probably be mentioned, too, but probably
aren't worth pursuing for any reasonable value of $HOME_USER.
