I understand fully -- it does have to do with laboratory facilities, or at
least lecture facilities.  We have the same issues in hosting at UNR -- we
host through the Association of Computing Machinery's UNR student chapter.  
That way we can use the facilities, while not maintaining direct relations
with the University.
