As noted by myself on the list before our system is broken into projects and that format looks like:
scratch/projectA/user1
scratch/projectA/user2
scratch/projectB/user1
scratch/projectB/user3
<..etc>
In old versions of robinhood we used:
rbh-report-scr -i -P /scratch/hagar_flux
with great successes, recent changes this option effectivly doesn't work:
[root@flux-xfer1 ~]# time rbh-report-scr -i -P /scratch/hagar_flux
filter path: /scratch/hagar_flux
^C <-- note we killed it here
real 2695m8.822s
[root@flux-xfer1 scratch]# time du -h --max-depth=1 /scratch/hagar_flux/
4.0K /scratch/hagar_flux/stasbury
8.0K /scratch/hagar_flux/
real 0m0.034s
We have about 180 projects and add/remove about 2/week.
Any idea how we can collect the data we want, and get it reported at reasonable
speed?
