Hi Andrew,

Don't care about ATIME records, even if your policy is based on it:
robinhood initially schedules the policy based on the last access it has 
in its DB,
but it double checks atime value before purging and reorder entries 
accordingly.
So it is safe, even without activating ATIME records.

It is definitly not a good idea to activate ATIME. This could 
dramatically increase the changelog workload.
