Information is present in the online documentation

For example, in Lustre/HSM tutorial, there are recommendations about
"initial scan" in the related section.
This is also an "Optimization and Compatibility" section with
performance advices.
There is also tuning information in "Benchmarks and Tunings" page. I've
just added Lustre tunings in this page. It was missing.
If you think this information is too sparse or incomplete, please let us
know how we could reorganize or complete it to make it more convenient.
