Assuming you have the 2.5.5 version of Robinhood, it has the ability to define FileClass for policy use in the config file. Take a look at the example config file that shipped in your templates directory. For a tmpfs install using robinhood-tmpfs rpm I think the path is /etc/robinhood.d/tmpfs/templates/tmpfs_detailed.conf

So perhaps you need to save a certain kind of file or remove an intermediate file users leave behind, etc. These classes allow you to come up with the rules for this. The Scan engine is skipping it as you do not have them defined.
