Hi, I get the suspicion that reading / acknowledging changelog entries got stuck on our Lustre 2.5.3 with Robinhood 2.5.3 doing the reading. First indication: some now well-filled directories are continously reported by rbh-du with a few kbytes, lfs quota reports values quite different from rbh-reports.
On the MDS, there is a rather large gap in the record ids: cat /proc/fs/lustre/mdd/nyx-MDT0000/changelog_users current index: 2727922031 ID index cl2 2501225908 and the log of Robinhood reports a 2016/07/17 01:18:25 rbh-lhsm@lxrbh1[19653/1] STATS | last read record time = 2016/06/28 11:32:34.623897 which is actually changing - but very slowly. Or rather than being stuck, is this a symptom of Robinhood having a hard time working on the > 200 million records it seems to have missed? (There were several interruptions and crashes during the last weeks...) I also have the warning WARNING: more than 1 MDT changelog reader, only 1st reader stats will be stored in DB Of course, the other changelog reader are nowhere to be seen. There are two MDTs, each has its own changelog "consumer". The few files on the secondary MDT are properly recorded by Robinhood, though. So these are not the additional "readers" the warning talks about.
