Hello, I was wondering if anyone on the list is using robinhood in a disaster recovery scenario? Both loss of MDT or OST would be interesting to me, as this is something we are looking at testing out if we can do this on one of our filesystems that we are doing continual archival on via LHSM.
I found the mailing list thread from 2015 discussing the same topic: https://sourceforge.net/p/robinhood/mailman/message/34331280/ and the disaster recovery guide mentioned there. We are using Robinhood 3 with Lustre 2.7 at the moment, and it doesn't sound like the strategy described works any more for MDT recovery maybe? Is there anyone who has tried this, or is looking at this themselves?
