This LU is about modifying RPCs, so it should properly handle multiple
modifying actions in parallel on the robinhood client, and improve the
policy run speed (unlink...). Indeed, I'd be curious to know if sites
running lustre 2.8+ notice such an improvement.
However, it is not expected to improve scan speed or changelog
processing speed, as they are "read-only" operations.
