You can refer to 2.x doc for the list of existing criteria:

(there is a couple of new one since the doc was written, like "nlink", "status" and policy-specific info).

There is no insensitive name match, but you can use the [] syntax to matchs sets of characters, e.g.

name == "*.[Ii][Gg][Ee][Ss]"
