Google Code has just added support for post-commit web hooks:
http://code.google.com/p/support/wiki/PostCommitWebHooks
Because we anyway need to have a direct access to version control, it's
probably
easier to just poll it e.g. every 5 minutes. Commit hook would potentially
trigger
new tests rounds faster, though.
