BuiltIn 'Set Variable' takes currently any number of arguments and returns
either a single value or a list of values depending on the argument count.
I don't see any usage for that anymore now that we have 'Create List'
keyword and a possibility to use list variables as scalars.
I don't deprecate this right away because I might have forgotten some use
case.
