General Comment:
thanks for adding the warning back in.
a minor quibble with the wording...
Test case '%s' in suite '%s' executed multiple times"
...could be slightly misleading. Originally the warning was about the name
appearing multiple times in a suite. The new warning makes it sound like a
test got run more than once and that could be confusing to users
