There has been so much interested in this feature that this will be include
in 2.2,
in early autumn.
This can be implemented in (mostly) backwards compatible way by first
finding out the
names of the arguments and using the keyword argument substitution only if
corresponding argument name is found.
Additionally, kwargs should only work after positional arguments.
