Implemented setting "Remove Tags Matching Additional Tags' Prefixes" which
can be
used to remove tags which have the same prefix as the tags defined with
setting
"Additional Tags". For example:
Test case have tags "req-1, executed-by-james, build-y, hello"
Additional Tags are "executed-by-james, build-y, some"
When user changes test case
Then test case tags are updated and new tags are "req-1, executed-by-bond,
build-x,
hello, some".
Basicly this means that there is only one tag per prefix in test case when
this
setting is used.
