When using reStructuredText you need to first of all follow reST syntax.
The error in
the original description comes from docutils so apparently there's some
reST syntax
problem in the data.
I don't fully understand the problem with comments. Perhaps you could
attach a simple
example demonstrating the issue? But make sure it's valid reST so that it
has even a
change to pass.
