I think the robot can provide a optional switch to check the exists output
XML. the
robot is failed with error message if the switch is open and the output XML
exits.
In generally, the tester should avoid two robot writing same output. The
error of two
robot writing same output should happened in running a batch of robot
process
automatically(like use CrusieControl).
