This has been pretty much done already over a month and the example has
already been
downloaded 85 times during that time. I've now restructured the wiki page
slightly,
moved it into new location [1], and deprecated the old page [2]. It would
be great if
someone could still proofread the updated page but this issue is
nevertheless DONE.
