Had conversation with Pekka.
Based on that, modified the API so that the signatures are now:
log_message(msg) and message(msg), where msg in both cases is a dictionary
containing
following items: message, level, timestamp and html, the last one is TRUE
if message
contains HTML and FALSE otherwise.
