Comment #4 on issue 398 by bryan.oakley: Remove `Test Setup`, `Test Teardown`, `Default Tags` and `Test Timeout` from init files
http://code.google.com/p/robotframework/issues/detail?id=398

I'm slightly confused by this. According to comment one, these settings have been removed from RIDE in 0.18. Yet in version 0.21.1 I can click on a test suite file in the tree, and in the edit window there is support for "Test Setup", "Test Teardown"
and "Test Timeout" fields.

Is this only talking about test suite directories? If so, I think the summary needs
to be more clear.

I find it confusing that robot uses the term "suite" both for directories and files. has anyone ever given any thought to using different terms? For example, 'suite' for directories, and "test group" or "test scenario" or something similar instead of test
suite files?
