How about solving this with a couple of special purpose keywords such as
Begin/End?
| Begin | Add Two Numbers
| 1 | 1 | 2
| 2 | 2 | 4
| 3 | 3 | 6
| End
Instead of Begin/End it could be "Repeat Keyword" and "End Repeat" or
whatever else
makes sense.
