Janne already removed the special parallel syntax and I updated the User
Guide in
r2716. Some tests still needs to be fixed but otherwise this is pretty much
done.
We can still discuss about adding BuiltIn keyword that can handle parallel
execution,
but let's do that on the mailing list rather than here in the tracker.
