Based on the feedback on this issue we decided to keep `Test Setup` and
`Test
Teardown` settings in suite init files. As many people commented, they ease
removing
duplication between test suites, and they are also relatively straight
forward to use.
`Default Tags` and `Test Timeout` were removed as planned and the
forthcoming `Test
Template` (issue 500) won't be supported in this level either.
