The core development team doesn't have resources for taking responsibility
of new libraries, especially big ones like the one needed for SWT testing.
If you happen to work for NSN, the sponsor of the framework, you can
contact us via the internal mailing lists and we can see what we can do.
Otherwise new libraries like this one need external contributions. The good
news is that Robot Framework's test library API is pretty simple (see
UserGuide for details) and our team will definitely help with projects like
this.
