We need to document that this variable should not be set in the
InstallationInstructions wiki page and in the UserGuide. Obvioulsy it would
be even better to find a way to fix the problem in the framework somehow.
I hope something is done for this already in RF 2.5.1 but don't consider
this a release blocker.
