test_calc_percents_rounding_both_up fails with Python 2.7

This is one of the failures listed in issue 638. I'm pretty sure all Python
2.7 failures can be fixed by updating tests. This rounding change might
require changes in the framework, though, but that only affects drawing the
pass/fail graphs in reports and logs so it wouldn't be too severe.
