New issue 693 by juho.saarinen: Confirmation when renaming keywords

When user has eg. 2 keywords with same name, it's impossible to rename just
one of those with RIDE 0.29. Refactoring feature starts to change all
keywords in project, which causes quite unclear situation.
One aspects of this might be, that keyword renaming should affect only to
keywords inside testcases/user keywords. Not name of other keywords.
