This is probably not the fault of Robot Framework itself at all. If there's
a defect here, it belongs to the SeleniumLibrary's issue tracker at
http://code.google.com/p/robotframework-seleniumlibrary/issues/list
However, I suggest that you post your question first to the

can continue the discussion there and try to find out the root cause for
your problems.
