Writing test case name to its own row would be easy to implement. It's just that at least I prefer the current functionality. This can be discussed further but the discussion should be continued in RIDE's own tracker or possibly via mail.
Notice that in the plain text format test case names are already now written to separate rows. If you edit files with RIDE and text editors, the plain text format is probably better than TSV for you.
