1) Why do you need to know the BDD prefix?
2) The easiest way to propose new functionality is submitting a patch,
preferably with tests and documentation. If your patches are of good
quality, and you have lot of code to contribute, we can give you commit
rights. At that point you also need to sign Contribution License Agreement
(CLA). We haven't unfortunately written clear guidelines related to all
this. At the moment the best way to get help is sending mail to
robotframework-devel.
