SSHLibrary has never copied spec files under RIDE, but I think RIDE used to
contain SSHLibrary spec earlier. Just installing SSHLibrary with Python
dependencies should be enough to provide autocompletion with RIDE, though,
because RIDE can import and inspect the library itself. Changing the
library so that inspect works even when it contains only Jython
dependencies might be possible too.
I noticed you submitted issue 29 about this same problem. This discussion
can be continued there.
