log should contain suite name

There are two links from the index log, one from the suite name and one
from row that has name of the split log in format `Details: log-042.html`.
The link from the suite name already now goes directly to that suite but
the other goes to the beginning of the file.
This difference is actually by design and I'm not sure should it be
changed. This is something we need to discuss together.
