Once issue 820 is resolved, the criticality of test is serialized twice in
the XML, once correctly and once possibly incorrectly. We should remove the
possible incorrect `critical` attribute from the opening <test> -tag
This change is possibly backwards incompatible and thus cannot be made in
2.5.7
