There's already ExecutionTimeReportingTool that produces a CSV file with
information about the execution times. You can then manipulate the data in
a spreadsheet program however you want. Possibly we could enhance
times2csv.py to create pie charts automatically, but considering how easy
that's to do in spreadsheets it may not be worth the effort.
