Could you install the required modules into your CI environment or set up a fake environment there?

This requires extra maintenance when build plans are moved between hosts, or when new dependencies pop in - committers don't have rights to modify build machines filesystems directly. Our workaround will be checking in the problematic dependencies into the repo alongside Robot libs which require them, so that they are visible at libdoc runtime, after checkout anywhere. Not a huge deal, but messy and a waste of space and bandwidth.
