Could you be more specific? What is exactly the hardware, python version,
robot version, and operating system this works? What are these values in
the environment where this does not work?
Can you modify the execute command call to get stdout and stderr [1] and
then send the logs that this returns? (So that we can see the exact error
why/how it fails.)
