Laurent, your use case sounds interesting and definitely worth supporting. Unfortunately there's no time to get built-in support for it in RF 2.6 (unless someone outside the core team wants to look at it) but the gather_failed_tests.py script attached to the comment 5 ought to work for you too. Please check it out again a report, or on robotframework-users, whether it works or not.
