I looked at this briefly and didn't understand what goes wrong or how to
fix that. I don't have time to look at this in more detail before RF 2.6 so
unfortunately this is descoped. I will, however, add notes to installation
instructions that installing with pip is not supported at the moment.
We can try to look at this again for 2.6.1 but it might be that fixing this
requires implementing issue 480.
