This issue was updated by revision 5bca144d235e.
Extra content has now been removed. The size of the distribution is now
~500KB when it used to be ~2.6MB.
In addition to documentation and templates, I also removed stuff
related in building binary installers for Windows. It should still be
possible to create new source distributions, though.
