We have done several changes to framework installation and start-up. This
issue covers documenting them on User Guide and elsewhere. The changes we
have done are listed below:
- General change to installation and start-up (issue 480)
- Support for pip (issue 885)
- Converted pybot/jybot/rebot/etc. to Python outside Windows to ease usage
with virtualenv (issue 1054)
- Include only source code and tools in source distribution (issue 1037)
