1) If tagging not ready tests is too much work, that can be done dynamically with 'Set Tags' keyword before failing the test. Allowing libs to alter tags directly using exceptions somehow might be a nice enhancement.
2) Allowed and not allowed failures can be differentiated in all/critical tests. Further classification can be done freely with tags.!
