We are going to release 2.7.5 today. Because we haven't been able to agree
what's a good way to implement this feature I need to descope this issue.
Considering the big changes planned in 2.8 to the objects to be passed to
the new listener, this is probably a good decision otherwise too.
I like the idea of the proposed listener and hope we can get it in latest
in 2.8.
