This fix caused a very weird problem with Maven and SSHLibrary reported in issue 1311. We haven't yet understood why it causes it, though, nor how to fix it cleanly.
If we find no other way, be need to make it configurable do you want to create a runner w/ or w/o new PySystemState. Better ideas how to resolve this are highly appreciated!
