SeLib 2.9.1 contains Selenium Server 2.21 which ought to be the latest
version supporting deprecated Selenium RC. If there is a newer version
available, you can use that also with the latest SeLib. We could also
consider making new SeLib release containing it.
Finally, you should move to Selenium2Library in the future anyway.
