I can see that these keywords could be useful now and then, but
constructing them as user keywords when needed is so easy that I'm not sure
is adding them worth the effort. The main problem is that there would be so
many possible keywords. If you are interested in implementing such a
library, including tests and docs, I don't see why it couldn't be added,
though.
Could you explain what kind of resource and time issues using `Get Time`
has? Also, have you noticed `Grep File`?
